The next Table Manners Course will be held on 16 September 2026 from 6 pm – 8.30 pm. at The Apprentice Restaurant, Harris St, Ultimo.
It covers every aspect of western dining such as holding a knife and fork correctly, which knife and fork to use, buttering your bread roll, use of your serviette, being a good host/guest, tasting wine/holding the wine glass correctly, using condiments and what to do if there is a mishap.
By the end of the course you will be confident to dine in any restaurant or at any function knowing your table manners are perfect.
The course is taught over a gourmet 3-course meal with wine and is restricted to 6 people to ensure everyone receives personal attention.
The price is $250 + GST per person which includes the gourmet meal.
